Waterbury Toddler, 4/15/2010
A 3 year old boy was killed in Danbury when he broke free from his mother and attempted to run across the street to his mother. The driver of the SUV, Rachel Feliciano, will not face charges.

I have family near Waterbury, and I used to be a preschool teacher. This is just so upsetting.
